STEP 1: The CX&V CUSTOMER/CLIENT ROADMAP

We start with a mandatory diagnostics phase. Based on your need, we do a top-to-bottom audit of the problem, analyze current sales and marketing activity from three critical perspectives: strategic, analytic and creative. Step 1 concludes with the presentation of our CX&V customer roadmap—a detailed document outlining CX gaps within the scope of the need, establishing baseline metrics, and recommending realistic tactics on how to fix them both—with or without our assistance.

 
 
 

STEP 2: YOUR designated tEAM

A reliable data intelligence pipeline is crucial to CX success. Thus, based on the customer roadmap, a CX&V team is assigned to assist with the various components that your team may not be proficient with yet, including tracking, analysis, and CX process integration. This hands-on, collaborative approach is intended to enhance the competency and agility of your existing team–not replace them. Minimum 3-month/20-hour monthly retainer required.

 
 
 

STEP 3: STRATEGIC CREATIVE IMPLEMENTATION

Driven by the customer roadmap, separate SOWS for advertising, marketing, and sales tactics are selected, scoped, scheduled, and implemented. With each SOW launch, the CX&V team provides CX Strategy Briefs to ensure everyone is aligned with the most up-to-date intel about your customers. And because each SOW requires your approval before beginning, you set the pace and priorities based on your KPIs and corporate culture.
